Our Practice

How we source and verify every order

We quote by full specification, not by variety name alone — e.g. "1121 Steam Basmati, 5% broken" rather than just "1121 rice."
We work to your target specification — moisture, broken %, purity, and grade — rather than a generic offer.
Every lot carries its own Certificate of Analysis (COA): moisture, broken, AGL, purity/admixture, foreign matter, damaged/discoloured, and chalky/immature grains.
We account for destination-specific compliance — MRLs, phytosanitary requirements, fumigation, and packaging/marking rules vary by country.
Export quotations are built transparently from purchase, milling/sorting/grading, packing, inland transport, documentation/testing, port handling, and freight — not a black-box price.
